The Army of the Rosary of Men Prayed for the World on Saturday

This Saturday, a day dedicated to the Virgin Mary, the Men’s Rosary army prayed all over the world.

The date for this great event was chosen because October is the Month of the Rosary, the day after the feast of the Virgen del Rosario; and a few days before the festival of the Virgen del Pilar, on 12 October.

Some of the participating countries are Colombia, Venezuela, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Argentina, the United States, Uruguay, Mexico, El Salvador, Canada, Ecuador, Panama, Puerto Rico, Guatemala and Nicaragua, in America.

From Asia, Lebanon, Malaysia, and India; while for Oceania there will be men from Australia.

In Europe, Catholics from Italy, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Poland, the Netherlands, Croatia, Spain, Luxembourg, and France will pray; and representing Africa will be Catholics from Zambia.

Carlos Waite, one of the organizers of the Rosario de Hombres in Peru, told a few days ago that this event seeks to defend masculinity, following the example of San José.

In addition, there is “public evidence that the true man is the man of virtue, of whom he assumes responsibility and leadership within God’s plan.”
