St. Anselm’s School, Rajasthan, Receives Prestigious International Green School Award 2024

St. Anselm’s Senior Secondary School, Abu Road, Rajasthan, India, has been honoured with the esteemed International Green School Award for 2024. Fr. Dominic Mundatt MCBS received the award at the 8th NYC Green School Conference 2024, held on 23-24 September 2024, at ILR School, Cornell University, New York City.

This prestigious recognition acknowledges the school’s exceptional commitment to environmental sustainability, ecological stewardship, and promoting green practices within its campus and curriculum.

“This esteemed award testifies to our collective efforts towards creating a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. it would not have been possible without the dedication and collaboration of our faculty, staff, and students towards creating a sustainable and eco-friendly environment,” said Fr. Dominic.

The International Green School Award is a testament to St. Anselm’s School’s tireless efforts in implementing eco-friendly practices and infrastructure, integrating environmental education into its curriculum, fostering a culture of sustainability among students and staff and promoting community involvement in environmental initiatives.

St. Anselm Senior Secondary School is run by the Missionary Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament, Emmaus Province Kottayam. There are 60 teachers and 18 non-teachers working in this school along with Principal Fr. Dominic Mundatt MCBS and Fr. Joseph Kollamparampil MCBS.
