We live in a time where the darkness of evil is raging like a storm in all areas of life. Man’s unholiness and lovelessness are the main cause of the unrest is experiencing today in this world and people suffer a lot due to this. The essence of God’s nature is love. God loves us with an infinite love, a love that never stops. It is the greatest revelation of God’s infinite love for us that he gave his only son for the salvation of mankind.
A life of faith is a sincere effort to accept God’s call to holiness and live up to that call. We must strive to continue the journey of holiness by faithfully fulfilling our duties to God, to ourselves, and to others.
The Christian life is called the call of holiness. Christians are to go forward on a pilgrimage of holiness and love through a life based on faith. Faith leads us to a personal, unbreakable and loving relationship with the Messiah and through the Messiah with God and mankind.
If you want to reach the path of purity, you have to travel a long way along the path shown by the signposts which are the precepts. The precepts ask us to live in the perfection of God’s love and mutual love. Each one of us who wants to grow in wisdom and age in the favor of God and men should achieve purity of life by lovingly obeying the precepts in any difficult life situation.
We must constantly strive through the sacraments to remain in our call to the path of holiness. By attaining the perfection of love through daily sacrifice, we can acquire a life of holiness, a life of maximum love for God and our brothers and sisters. Holiness is the beauty and fragrance of life-based on God’s Word.
Jesus’ life was always glorifying God. Our life should be fulfilled by being with Jesus. By singing hymns of thanks and praise to the Supreme Father, we can grow in love with God. The family can be called the pillar of holiness, and the Christian must progress through three paths: family life, ascetic life, and priestly life. He chose us in the Messiah before the foundation of the world to be pure and blameless in love before Him. Let us respond to that loving call with God’s love and love for one another.
