We need to be able to identify the desires and thoughts that lead us to mistakes in our lives. Only then, they can be removed from our lives. Recognition will help us to stay away from sin.
2. Abandon the Circumstances
It is very important to find the circumstances that lead us to sin and to abandon them. For that, we need to anticipate whether the situation we are going through or will go through will push us into a sinful state. God will work for us when we avoid such situations.
3. Trust in God
We may not be able to survive certain things. In such situations, we can submit our circumstances to the hands of God, who works beyond our capacity. You can pray like this: ‘God, I am a sinner, I am disabled. Please help me.’ We can completely surrender ourselves to God.
4. Intense Desire
We need to have a desire to give up wrongdoing and wrong situations. I mean, if we think that God will come and fix us, not only will nothing happen, but it will cause us to distance ourselves from God and continue in our sinful lives. We must first have the desire to change and to draw closer to God. That is the first step to change.
5. Pray Regularly
Satan begins to work when we have the desire to remain close to God. It must first be identified. To strengthen prayer to resist Satan and his temptations. In his spare time, he may be chanting hymns.
6. Find Good Friends
You can try to find good friendships that will lead you to goodness. Those who lead to evil can be avoided. Contact with them will never lead you to the path of goodness. God-fearing good friendships can help you to grow spiritually every day. When you try to find such friendships and live with God, it becomes an asset in your life.
