Feel Free in Your Life

While moving about, we all may feel progression and fatigue about our life. Life is full of mystery and each moment is unpredictable. Here are a few ways to feel free in your life.

  1. Feel Free

You must feel free about your life. It is not an easy-going matter. But, feeling free is so good, and we are not be on just a superficial kind of life. If much of your conversation with others is about ordinary matters. Keep in mind that they don’t just talk about the weather, sports, or favorite restaurants downtown with your coworker; often they go deeper. Ask them something meaningful and intentional about their life. Who are the most important people in their life? What activities make them feel alive? Do you know if they believe in God? If so, do they go to church? What church? Open the door to talk about something more.

  1. Inspiring Matters

You always read or watch something from the past thinking that they would be meaningful, but often you give them up in a few minutes because it would require more focus and attention than you are able to give at the time. Pick it up again. Fill your brain with meaningful content that will give you new perspectives and ideas.

  1. Purchase Little

The energy and money we spend on shopping will double up our stress. So, don’t get any new clothes or shoes this month. Don’t buy more groceries than you need. Wait to upgrade your phone.

  1. Nature

Look at a huge tree and wonder how it has grown. You see all the creatures but you do not look at them in all their details. It must be very astounding to watch how the leaves fall and how they are blown away in the wind. Listen to the birds near you, and try to find where they are if you can hear them, but not seen.

We need to have an appreciative mind towards nature and all creatures. Try to appreciate the growing up and dying down aspects of nature around you; it may be necessary to put away your phone. Don’t even take a picture of the colorful leaf you find. Just look at it. The more awe and gratitude you practice, the more alive and free you will feel.

  1. Time in Silence

Try praying and staying in silence. If silence is uncomfortable in the beginning, that’s OK. That means you definitely need it! This may help you to be calmer. This can give you better insights and views on life.

  1. Quality Time

Relationships in your life are needed for your growth. A huge part of your life depends on relationships.  You might be feeling stuck-up because your relationships aren’t helping you grow. Some of us need to carve out more time for relationships that are important to us. But all of us should reflect on what we are doing when we are together. Engage in real, meaningful conversations and enjoy together the beauty around—be that in nature, music, creating art or cooking together, or going to events, plays, and museums.

All these ways of spending time together can help us get closer to someone, simultaneously feeling more alive.
