Father Joy Parackal (72), a member of the Kottayam Emmaus Province of the Missionary Congregation of Blessed Sacrament (MCBS) passed away on 10 August, Wednesday. The body of the deceased will be brought to MCBS Provincial House, Kaduvakulam on Friday evening (12- 08-2022) at five o’clock.
Funeral services will commence on Saturday (13- 08- 2022) at 1.30 pm at Emmaus Provincial House. Rev. Fr. Joy was one of the early missionaries in Shimoga Mission, Karnataka. P. T. Kurian Paika, Sr. Grace FCC Mattakkara, Rev. Dr. Thomas Parackal (Good Shepherd Minor Seminary Palai), and Francis Thomas Karimpani are the siblings.
