Homesickness is a universal human emotion. It can be affected by anyone out of age, background, or circumstances. It is a feeling of deep longing and nostalgia for one’s home, family, and familiar surroundings. Homesickness can be triggered by various situations, such as moving to a new place, starting college, or travelling abroad.
