How to Accept Others in this Lenten Season

Some of the behaviors, mannerisms of others often make us feel uncomfortable. Let us examine how to deal with the mental crisis that arises in such situations during this Lent.

The Narrow Paths can Lead to Truth

It is natural to experience great difficulties, hardships, and sufferings in life. So, this Lent will only become more effective when it can be seen as an opportunity to turn to God. It is only natural that temptations should arise to reject them. But to be able to face them, it is essential to cling to Christ.

Narrow and difficult paths make the journey to God much easier. The ego is replaced by the motivation to live. It is a great incentive to embrace even the smallest crises that affect life. Every human being finds it very difficult to accept even the smallest shortcomings that come from others. As such, it is good to think a little about the mercy that God pours out on us every day.

Ask the Grace of God in Our Weaknesses

Without God’s help, we can do nothing, even in small things. So let us ask for God’s grace in our weaknesses. Let us submit to the Lord’s mercy for our weaknesses that make us angry and impatient with others. We can pray that God’s mercy will fill us with every word and every look. At the same time, we can pray for God’s love to be imbued in those who interact with us.

Let Us Submit to God those who Trouble Us

There are many people around us who are bothering us. Dedicating them to God without being angry with them will make us more spiritual human beings during this Lent. Regardless of the difficulties, we can give as God gives. During this Lent, we can strive to live as children of God by giving infinite love to others.
