Abducted Missionaries Under Death Threat if Demands not Met

The leader of the 400 Mawoso gang released a video message threatening that the abducted Christian missionaries in Haiti will be killed by them if they do not get what they demanded. The video posted on social media shows Wilson Joseph who is the leader of the gang. Seventeen missionaries and their families have been threatened with death if they do not pay the $ 17 million ransom.

“I swear by thunder that if I don’t get what I’m asking for, I will put a bullet in the heads of Americans,” he said in the video. He has also threatened Haitian Prime Minister Ariel Henry and the chief of Haiti’s National Police, Leon Charles.
