Pope Francis delivered the idea of freedom, particularly, the Christian idea of freedom, recalling the teaching of the Apostle Saint Paul in his Letter to the Galatians. The Pope was addressing the general audience in the Paul VI Hall of the Vatican.
” Freedom is not doing what we want or like, that is a freedom based on instinct. That kind of freedom without an end or without a reference, would be an empty freedom,” said the Holy Father. The Pope quoted apostle Saint Paul to say about the Christian ideology of freedom. Freedom of Jesus leads you to be of service to one another. According to Pope Francis the definition of freedom is: “My freedom begins where yours ends.” There should be always an individualistic vision as the human beings who live in the community.
