Love is a virtue that is granted by the Holy Spirit. Jesus, through His life, death and resurrection, has revealed to us in what real love consists of. Agape is the highest form of love. It includes both the love for God and the love for the neighbour. We are called to practice selfless and unconditional love which will nourish us to the core of our being. We need the guidance of the Holy Spirit every moment of our life, and hence never give up praying to the Spirit.
